Ujala is an Associate Company Secretary and also a Law Graduate from Mangalore University. She began her career as a Practicing Advocate in 2006 and later started Practicing as Company Secretary in the year 2013 and has got more than 10 years experience. She has acquired vast experience in Indian Corporate Law, drafting of Business Agreements, IPR related issues and compliance required under the State and Central Legislations of India.
